Isaac seemed to like this book at first sight… The book of Jesus.
It was 20 May 2010, the day I went to ‘pay respect‘ to Dr Goh Keng Swee. It was such a wonderful day for me, carrying Isaac in my arms and with Clara helping me. It was such a long and tiring day as well by the time we reach home.
At the time we reached home, I bathed for Isaac first. After that it was my turn to bathe. Clara and Richard helped to look after Isaac. During my bath in the toilet, I could hear Clara clapping hands and praising Isaac.
When I came out from the bathroom, Clara told me that Isaac kissed the book which I had bought from the church. This book, Diary, is written by Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska — Divine Mercy In My Soul.
I was wondering the whole process… how Isaac did that? Who gave him the book or did he take the book himself?
This book was left on the table in the living room. I really have no idea what actually happened while I was bathing. But later on, in my bedroom, having the book, Diary on my bed, I saw surprising things:
Isaac looking at the Book, Diary written by Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska about Divine Mercy.
Isaac pointing to the words of the book… that was the first page of the book
Isaac was able to flip the book. He had already know how to flip a book in the earlier months. But I was surprised that he “LIKE” this book so much. Flipping the book, he was like ‘adoring’ the book, able to understand…Words. Look at his fingers as above… he is ‘touching’ the words.
Next, he kissed the book, kissed the picture of Jesus and Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska. His body was so flexible, able to sit and reach the book as shown in the photograph below. I would not be able to do that. My sit and reach was the poorest, the one which had always pull me down during my Physical Fitness Test during my school days.
The book which Isaac had kissed, the book cover can be seen in the photograph above, the first photograph on the top post.

I was totally amazed at Isaac’s spirituality…
