		<description>[...] Here is Isaac eating mixed fruits at Hawk Cafe before we enter Jurong Bird Park.  Isaac is very good with his hands &#8212; grabbing and holding on to food.  He is learning to use spoon now.  He knows how to say,&#8221;No no no&#8221; (rejection) when he don&#8217;t want something, and he knows how to nod his head.  On 26 August 2010, though Isaac fell badly, but he knows how to say &#8220;Bus&#8221; now.  I had taught him several times, but whenever he sees &#8217;4 wheels&#8217; vehicles on the road, to him, everything is called &#8220;Car&#8221;.  Everytime I tried to teach him bus, and on this day, he surprised me by saying &#8220;BUS&#8220;!
